2. AGENT REPRESENTATIONS
2.1. Agents listed on the Site pay a subscription fee or other charges to appear on the platform.
2.2. Fees displayed are entered by agents and may vary based on property size, location, or other factors. Landlords must validate agent data independently before signing any contracts.
2.3. Letting Agent Fees is not responsible for agreements made with agents or any inaccuracies in displayed fees.
3. USER OBLIGATIONS
3.1. You must provide accurate information and refrain from fraudulent or unauthorized use of the platform.
3.2. You agree not to misuse the Site, including data scraping, spamming, or engaging in any illegal activities.
4. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
4.1. The Site is provided “as is.” Letting Agent Fees disclaims all warranties regarding the platform’s completeness, accuracy, or availability.
